An activist for human consciousness-raising, Eileen “Ike” West is an international teacher, writer and spiritual guide. West tells of her route to spiritual discovery, highlighting her personal experiences living with, and marrying into the Hunkpati Band of the Dakota Tribe. The evening provides a light and entertaining opportunity to hear about her tribe's view on Peace. Why is Peace so important right now? How can we achieve a peaceful, cooperative, life and earth- affirming attitude?
